What a Tune-Up Includes
Our maintenance visits cover lubricating rollers and hinges, tightening hardware that's vibrated loose over time, inspecting spring and cable condition, testing door balance, and confirming opener force and sensor settings are correctly calibrated. We'll also check weatherstripping condition while we're there.
Why It Matters More in Phoenix
Wide temperature swings between summer heat and cooler nights accelerate metal fatigue in springs, and UV exposure dries out weatherstripping and opener sensor housings faster than in milder climates. Regular maintenance catches these issues on your schedule instead of at 2am when a spring finally gives out.
Maintenance vs. Repair
A maintenance visit is preventive — we're looking for early wear, not fixing something already broken. If we do find an issue, like a spring nearing failure, we'll quote that repair separately so the tune-up itself stays simple and affordable.
